Rising Stars International Arts Festival is an annual competition organized by MaySpace Music Academy, in partnership with the leading international online music exam board from Australia – Con Brio Examinations. The competition is also honored to be supported by many domestic organizations: Vietnam National Music Academy, L’Espace, Steinway & Sons Vietnam, as well as many others throughout the entire Festival duration in Hanoi.

 

Attending this program, students will have the opportunity to meet famous domestic and foreign artists and teachers as jury members. At this International competition and performance program, participants will also have the opportunity to interact with students from all over the world.

May Space hopes to bring a world-class, high-quality competition to the music society in Vietnam, a place for students to showcase their talents, hone their skills and become more well-rounded in their respective fields.

1.8 Award ceremony and Gala Concert

  • Format: Live 
  • Date: June 25th, 2023
  • Location: Large concert hall – Vietnam National Academy of Music (77 Hao Nam, Dong Da district, Hanoi)

 

2. Procedures:

 

  • Preliminary round (Online + Offline):
    • Application form submission must be made through the competition’s official website.
    • Festival applicants will submit their performance videos online, while Competition applicants will perform live at the location specified above. (International applicants will compete by online video submission or live performance at their own respective country if there is an authorized RSIAF organizing host).
    • The organizing committee will send a confirmation email after receiving a completed application form, and application fee from the participant. 
    • Participant will do live performance in the competition venue
    • Result announcement

 

  • Final round (Offline):
    • After receiving preliminary round results, applicants who pass will move onto final round
    • The organizing committee will send each participant an email with the following information included: Exam time, Exam ID number, location.
    • Participant will do live performance in the competition venue  (International applicants who are unable to perform live in-person will participate in final round through an live online Zoom/Google meet link given by RSIAF organizers. 
    • Board of jury will listen and judge live (in person)
    • Result announcement

 

  • Award ceremony and Gala Concert: Winners will be awarded at the large concert hall – Vietnam National Academy of Music (77 Hao Nam, Dong Da district, Hanoi).

 

3. Additional activities:
